Wright State’s M.P.A. offers outstanding value. Our tuition is among the most affordable in Ohio. We also offer a number of graduate tuition scholarships for full-time M.P.A. students.

Graduate Funding Opportunities

We invite you to apply for funding opportunities across the university, including student employment positions across campus. Students who are admitted to the M.P.A. program under regular status may apply for limited M.P.A. program funding support based on academic and financial need; complete the M.P.A. funding application (PDF).

Public Sector Scholarship

Wright State is offering Public Sector Scholarships for federal, state, and local government employees. These scholarships cover 50 percent of tuition for the two-year program length. Applicants should provide official confirmation of their employment to program director Lee Hannah and submit their M.P.A. application through the College of Graduate Programs Honors Studies website. Applicants will automatically be considered for the scholarship when their application is received.


WPAFB Military and Civilian Graduate Scholarship

$6,000 per year for qualified students!

Individual students who are employed either as civilian workers or active-duty military personnel at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), and their spouses and dependents, who wish to pursue graduate degrees at Wright State University are eligible to apply to the Wright State WPAFB Scholarship program. This scholarship provides up to $6,000 of tuition scholarship per year ($2,000 per semester) for qualified personnel and their dependent family members who are pursuing master’s or doctoral degrees at Wright State!
