Joey Monda, who received a B.F.A. in musical theatre from Wright State, is a co-producer of “Hadestown,” which won eight Tony Awards June 9 in New York City.

Ten people with Wright State connections, including an engineering professor and police sergeant, were named to the Dayton Business Journal’s 2019 “Forty Under 40” list.
Wright State University President Cheryl B. Schrader addressed the class by focusing on many of the graduates' achievements in the last year. "Class of 2019, each of you has left your own unique mark on our Wright State family and community," said Schrader.
